Video Producer, eCommerce Strategist, and Talent Development Junkie

Rachel Osbourne is the founder of artist services company Isle + Indies, the parent of b/dscvrd casting. The Jamaican-born writer-producer is based in Toronto where she also develops Caribbean audio and screen productions.

Rachel fell in love with casting and developing Caribbean talent and stories when she worked for a small media startup as a Content Producer for their video division. She produced national television ads for brands like Scotia Investments, Sagicor Group, and Foska Oats. Within the year, she was charged with heading up the company’s slate of original video content, producing 4 original series airing on national television network, FLOW tv.

When she left Jamaica, Rachel freelanced as a content consultant before joining the Digital Strategy team at international non-profit, World Vision. She then spent 2 years at tech company Shopify, helping entrepreneurs build and market their online stores.

Rachel and her longtime friend Samantha Renée run an eCommerce growth agency Bricks to Clicks Collective helping clients go from 6 to 7 figure revenue.

The multi-industry entrepreneur spends her free time whipping up vegan desserts, taking care of her plants, and planning her next trip.
