Owner and Chef of Foodie Engineer
Chef Alycia Nicole is the Owner and Chef of Foodie Engineer, where she is a private/personal chef and caterer. Chef Alycia Nicole was a finalist on The Rachael Ray Show’s Culinary School Tuition Competition in 2015. This exciting opportunity solidified her passion and desire to pursue an education in culinary. Alycia is a recent graduate of The Institute of Culinary Education in New York. When she’s not cooking, Chef Alycia Nicole works as an engineer.
Alycia represented Antigua and Barbuda at the United Nations Headquarters in New York City as she and other chef’s representing the West Indian diaspora presented a menu filled with holiday food from their respective countries, for dignitaries and the public to enjoy. Chef Alycia Nicole was also featured on an episode of Andrew Talks to Chef where she shared her story of transitioning careers into the culinary industry.
