Dr. Nicole K. Grimes is an alumna of The Graduate Center, City University of New York (CUNY) where she received a Ph.D. in Urban Education. She has been a fervent university adjunct professor, teacher educator and a STEM educator for 18+ years working with public & private school students from grades 2-12. She earned an M.A. in Secondary Science Education from Teachers College, Columbia University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Sibley School of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering at Cornell University.
A former high school principal, Grimes is an experienced school leader & urban professional proficient in conceptualizing & executing strategic initiatives to bolster curricular development & drive gains in school performance and efficiency.
