1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
3 tsp granulated sugar
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp butter
1/4 cup milk
Water as needed
vegetable oil for frying
Fried Plantains
1 plantain
Saltfish
10oz saltfish (ex. Pollock, or cod)
Tomato paste
1 Bell pepper (any color)
1 Scotch bonnet or habanero
1 large onion
1 avocado/pear
